The Moville Maritime Heritage Day will showcase the work of Moville Men's Shed and demonstrate the maritime history of Moville.

Moville Maritime Heritage Day is a family friendly event with good food, music, games, races and will incorporate a display of the work that Moville Men's Shed have done over the last number of years.

Highlights include:

• Recreation of a 'salmon run' showing the traditional method of laying nets
• Foyle Punt races
• Racing of model yachts
• Cooking demonstration with a maritime theme including seaweed
• Local musicians including sea shanty singing and storytelling
